What is TechThrive?

 

TechThrive is an exciting, institution wide, student well-being initiative.  Designed to improve overall student well-being, TechThrive is a key part of Texas Tech University’s reaffirmation of accreditation efforts for 2025.  

“A Foundation for the Next Century, A Pathway to 2025 – Strategic Plan” identified the importance of success and wellness at Texas Tech university.

Specifically, the goals for TechThrive are:

  1. TTU students will improve their collective well-being and mental health literacy by utilizing various well-being and mental health resources.
  2. TTU will create, enhance, and promote holistic well-being initiatives to improve campus climate related to well-being and mental health, thereby positively impacting student success.

TechThrive has received widespread campus support from students, faculty, and staff.
